If you cannot make payment on that date please call the office at 512-564-9336 to make arrangements with management as to when you are going to pay. If we have not heard from you, a $20.00 per day late fee will be assessed for each day payment is late. If you would like to do monthly Automatic Payments, get an Automatic Payment Authorization form from the office.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1902\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Theft of Service Law:<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1902\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1902\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p class=\"p1\">Any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violation under \u201cTHEFT OF SERVICE LAW\u201d\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1903\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Pets:<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1903\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1903\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Only 2 Dogs Per Site &#8211; No Exotic Animals<\/p><p>We are a pet-friendly park. Due to our insurance, we cannot accept the following breeds of dogs: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Great Danes, Canarias, Great Pyrenees and Wolf Breeds. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with an animal that we consider (in our sole discretion) to be unsafe or bothersome to our other guests. Please inform us in the Intake Form if you are coming in with a pet or if you are intending to get a pet. No pet is to be tied up and left alone; someone needs to be supervising them at all times. If we find a dog tied up without being attended by someone, this will be a reason to evict. All pets must be walked on a leash at all times by a responsible person. No outside cages or excessive barking allowed. Dogs are not allowed in any of the buildings.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Poop \u2013 Must be picked up anywhere IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do so will result in<\/p><p class=\"p1\">eviction. Please do not let your dog pee or poop in other\u2019s (side) yard(s).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1904\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Smoking:<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1904\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1904\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p class=\"p1\">Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. If this is not done, you will be charged $100 clean up fee on your credit card on file with BARVPC. Minor repair to Guests Vehicle to be completed in one day. Your credit card on file will be charged. If your site hose bibs get damaged by freeze or misuse, you will be charged for repairs. Only bagged and tied garbage bags will be accepted. It is the Guest\u2019s full responsibility to haul any items too large for the dumpster, out of the park. (It is unlawful to dump any hazardous waste into dumpster. No outside gatherings or music after 10:00. No generators are permitted at any time.
